- to authorized state authorities — on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
- to persons engaged by the Operator to perform the agreement with the client (co-contractors, subcontractors), subject to confidentiality;
- to infrastructure providers and the services listed below — to the extent necessary for their operation.
The Site uses third-party services that receive data under their own privacy policies:
- Yandex.Metrica (LLC "Yandex", Russia) — collection of anonymized visit statistics, including session recording (Webvisor) and click map. Yandex Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA) — aggregated visit statistics. Google Privacy Policy.
- Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC) — requests submitted through the contact form are delivered to the Operator's responsible staff via the messenger for processing. Telegram Privacy Policy.
Interface elements of the Site (fonts and styling libraries) are loaded via content delivery networks (CDNs); in doing so, the technical data necessary to load the resources (IP address, browser information) is automatically transmitted to them. Protection of the forms against automated submissions is performed by the Operator's own mechanism (a bot "honeypot") without transferring data to third-party services.
8. Use of cookies
The Site uses cookie files — small text files stored in the visitor's browser. Cookies are used for the correct operation of the Site and for collecting anonymized visit statistics (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics 4). A detailed description is available in the Cookie Policy. The visitor may disable cookies in their browser settings at any time; disabling them does not block access to the Site but may limit some functionality.
9. Cross-border data transfer
Some of the connected third-party services may process data on servers located outside the Russian Federation (in particular, Google Analytics 4 and Telegram). Such transfer is carried out on the basis of the subject's consent, expressed by using the relevant features of the Site. If it is critical for you that data does not leave the territory of the Russian Federation, do not submit the form and do not use messengers for communication — write to us by email at info@ximetrics.pro.
10. Security measures
The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution and other unlawful actions: access control, encryption of transmitted data (HTTPS), and regulation of employees' handling of personal data.
